چکیده فارسی:

سه زمینه و سطح تحقیق ذیل را می توان در مورد برنامه ریزی و کنترل تولید (PPC) ارائه کرد: برنامه ریزی تولید ، زمان بندی تولید و کنترل تولید. در سال های اخیر این موضوعات از دیدگاه های مختلف توسط چندین نویسنده کاملا بررسی شده اند. با این حال ، ارتباط و تعامل این زمینه ها در عصر سیستم های تولید فیزیکی-مجازی (CPPS) چندان مورد توجه محققان قرار نگرفته است. هدف این مقاله مفهومی مرور کلی وضعیت فعلی این زمینه ها ، برای بررسی امکان ایجاد روابط احتمالی با در نظر گرفتن راه حل های متمایز هوش مصنوعی و ارائه چشم انداز فعالیت های تحقیقاتی آینده در PPC در زمینه صنعت ۴٫۰ می باشد.

Abstract

The following three research fields and levels can be identified in the field of production planning and control (PPC): production planning, production scheduling and production control. These topics were thoroughly investigated from different points of view by several authors in the recent years. However, the connection and interaction of these fields in the era of cyber-physical production systems (CPPS) has not received so many attention from the research community. The objective of this conceptual paper is to overview the current status of these fields; to examine the possible connection possibilities considering the different artificial intelligence solutions developed for the separate fields and to give an outlook regarding future research activities in PPC in the context of industry 4.0.
